Manager Career Mode, Unable to Make Changes to Team Sheet

I was already aware of the glitch that occurs when you transfer a player that is included in the 11 in the team sheet before starting a career mode, it won't go through. This new glitch makes manager career mode completely unplayable, as you cannot change tactics, or move players around at all, whether they are in the 11, are substitutes, or are in the reserves. Entire game mode is completely unplayable. You must be able to swap players and move them around it is the bare minimum.
