Despite starting every match, some players still want to leave because they are not playing enough, even at the start of the season. Is this a problem others are also experiencing? If so, is there a solution, or is it just a glitch that EA needs to fix?

I really like career mode but this is something that gives me a headache, i hope that this will be fixed as soon as possible. But knowing ea probably not
I had an academy player ask for a raise starting season 2, in League One (third division) English football, with a 5 million dollar club value, and he asked for a $1.6 million performance bonus and $30k a week. My entire transfer budget was less than that. I also had 3 players request a transfer after one league game in season 2. One of them played in the game, but said he wasnt getting enough minutes.
Career mode has been unplayable since release date. EA is a **bleep** joke
While I didn't have it this extreme, I have players that played 90% of the matches complaining about a lack of playing time.
