Massive controller delay on PC

After last patch1.1.3 there a massive controller delay in online matches for PC .Such a frustrating thing we brought the game for money not free. only 1month the game has released  so many updates can't even play for 10days every update some issue for PC gamers first input delay second disconneting issue now again input delay is back today after this last update 1.1.3 why on earth you are releasing a game for PC without being tested for refund money it's not possible.As a PC player what I have to do now can't play single online match. Give me solution.... or do something can't go on like this for months
