Match making in rivals

Find aI’m having an issue while playing FC 26 Ultimate Team Rivals. During matches, the game suddenly disconnects and shows an error message related to “data issues.” However, my internet connection is completely stable when this happens.

The problem is that the match doesn’t count at all — neither as a win nor a loss — which makes it really frustrating. This issue happens randomly, even though everything else works fine.

Could you please look into this and help me find a solution?
