Menu sfx volume keeps making noise while I'm playing

Hello EA Support Team,

I am experiencing a recurring audio issue in FC 26 on PS5. During matches, menu sound effects (such as clicks and UI noises) play unexpectedly, even though I have disabled the 'Menu SFX Volume' option in the audio settings. This disrupts gameplay and seems to be tied to the controller speaker or UI audio routing.

Steps I have taken:

- Disabled 'Menu SFX Volume' in audio settings.

- Muted the controller speaker via PS5 system settings.

- Redirected audio output to TV/headphones.

Despite these actions, the issue persists. Could you please confirm if this is a known bug and advise on a permanent fix or upcoming patch?
