Missing Animated Backgrounds in Ultimate Team

Hello EA Support,

After switching from the PS4 to PS5 version of EA Sports FC 26, the animated backgrounds on my Ultimate Team cards are missing. I have reinstalled the PS5 version, cleared cache, and re-logged into my EA account. Could you please refresh the visual assets for my account?
