Missing Commentary & Intro Audio (PS5)

I’m experiencing a serious audio issue in <strong>EA SPORTS FC 26 on PS5</strong> and I’d like to check if anyone else has the same problem.<br><br>
<span style="font-weight:bold;">Issue description:</span><br>
<ul>
<li>No intro or narration audio when launching the game (EA / FC intro plays with music only)</li>
<li>No commentary audio during matches</li>
<li>Background music and sound effects work normally</li>
<li>The issue happens only on my main account</li>
<li>Other PSN users on the same PS5 console hear intro and commentary without any problem</li>
</ul>
<span style="font-weight:bold;">What I’ve already tried (no success):</span><br>
<ul>
<li>Reinstalling the game</li>
<li>Deleting all local saved data</li>
<li>Resetting in-game and PS5 audio settings</li>
<li>Changing audio output / headphones</li>
<li>Reinstalling commentary language packs</li>
<li>Restarting the console multiple times</li>
</ul>
<span style="font-weight:bold;">Important detail:</span><br>
Since other users on the same PS5 have full audio (intro + commentary), this does not appear to be a hardware or console issue.<br>
It looks like an <strong>account-level / server-side bug</strong> affecting voice audio only.<br><br>
I have already reported this to EA Support and am waiting for them to reset the commentary/audio profile on their side.<br><br>
