However, I would like to clarify that this is not a case of cheating or abusive behavior. This is clearly a game bug, where the goalkeeper completely disappeared during two matches on PlayStation 5.
This issue directly caused me to lose both matches unfairly, especially since I am competing in Division 1 and had no losses before this happened. This kind of bug seriously impacts competitive integrity.
I kindly ask you to:
- Escalate this issue to the technical team
- Confirm whether this is a known issue
- Advise if there is any way this can be addressed, as it negatively affects player experience
