Missing Notifications for Player Dissatisfaction in Career Mode

In Career Mode, when players become dissatisfied (e.g., due to insufficient game time or wage concerns), there are no notifications, alerts, or sim interruptions indicating their discontent. As a result, the manager is unaware of the situation until players suddenly request to leave or their morale drops drastically.
Even after renewing the contract the player is STILL dissatisfied and wants to leave!

I also would recommend adding a easier way to enter your Manager Save.
