Missing players from pack!!

Hello!

Literally 5 mins ago, I opened 2 packs which i got from season pass. In this pack i had double walk out, Mariona+Palmer. I just added my players to the squad and after i wanted to visit my squad and them to my formation, game had some problems, long loading squad tab. In few minutes, tab opened and my players which i just from pack, are not in the squad, they are gone, like i never got them!

I am so mad rn and what can I do to fix this? Cause obv. there was some problem with game cause squad tab had problems loading.

I will upload a photo of proof that i got this players, which i took for my friend.
