Missing players plus no tier 2 rival rewards

I got konate in an unreadable pack from champs so I sold the one I bought & now I don’t have the unreadable one. 
plus last week I got 30 points for rewards & for some reason I ending up getting the tier 1. I’m really not happy with this. I buy ea fc every year for it to have these sort of bugs. Really not cool, can we resolve this issue please
