Missing Premium Season Pass after preordering EA FC 26

Hi, I pre-ordered EA FC 26 and have received all the other pre-order bonuses, but I still haven’t received the Premium Season Pass. I have restarted the game several times but it still doesn’t show up. Can you please look into this issue and let me know what I need to do to get access to the Premium Season Pass? Thanks in advance!

    Same here. Bought ultimate yesterday, got the fc points, the premium pass still locked.
