Missing Privacy/Targeted Ads options in FC 26 PC (Adult Account)

Hello,

 I am playing FC 26 on PC and my In-Game Privacy menu is empty, only showing Playtime. I am missing the Usage Data Sharing and Targeted Ads options. My account is from 2011 and my account is an adult account. I already contacted EA Help and tried all steps including toggling settings on the website and disabling Login Verification. Nothing worked.

It seems to be a sync bug for old accounts on PC.

Any help?
