Missing teams in the Online Friendlies gamemode

Before patch v1.3.0 which released on December 1st Soccer Aid and Classic XI were available for selection in the Online Friendlies gamemode. While patch v1.3.0 was supposed to add 10 new Classic XI teams such as La Liga XI and Premier League XI, what instead happened is that neither Soccer Aid, Classic XI, nor the 10 new teams are available for selection in the Online Friendlies gamemode anymore.
I have tested this out with multiple friends, with different permutations of either me or them hosting the Online Friendly and it has not worked any of the times, neither Soccer Aid nor Classic XI are available under the "Rest of the world" category where they previously were. I have the game on PC through steam.
