Missing Ultimate Edition Pre Order content - Premium Pass Season 1

It’s been 3 weeks of reaching out to EA and being ensured the premium pass is on its way to the account. There is now one day left of the premium pass and I still haven’t received it despite paying extra money to pre order the ultimate edition!
