moments tradeable premium gold pack -> players are untradeable

I opened two premium gold packs from the Moments store for 14 stars each. When I opened them, the consumables were tradeable, but the players weren't. I went back to my club to check if it had just not updated yet, but the players remained untradeable. I'm on pc, btw.
