Music on in background while playing career mode

I don't have music always on. I don't want to disable the music. But while in gameplay on career mode PS5, I can hear the music faintly in the background and it's kind of giving me schizophrenia. Very annoying to hear the music over the commentary. I swear every update something gets ruined in this game.
