My friend bought the TOTY edition but is stuck at level 1 in PRO CLUBS.

Hello everyone. 

My friend bought TOTY Edition the game to play Pro Clubs but is stuck at level 1. He can't gain any experience points. We emailed EA support but received no response. Why is EA remaining silent when many players are experiencing this? We want the problem resolved and the players compensated for their losses!

    same issue here. from what I know it runs normally with standard version. I contacted EA when I was within 24h of launching the game, asked for a refund and they said no and I have to wait until the game is updated. the update happened and still no fix. now I contacted again and they said they didn't know about this and that they will report it to the team. its an absolute scam.
