My Manager Career Mode save has vanished

As shown in the above dropped in messages. I had a Malaga Mode career save that I had just completed the first season of and then, later that day, I have gone back into my game and my career mode has been entirely removed for EA Sports FC26

Any help or support with this would be greatly appreciated.

    dont bother trying to get an answer, ive had 2 norwich manager saves disappear over the last week. the checkpoint shows when i go to free up slots but no way of getting into it. Live point saves are terrible
