My packs from premium season pass disappeared with comestic evo

I claimed my season pass level 38-39 reward

I should receive 3 packs and 1 comestic evo

However, after I claimed all, I saw there is still a "claim" button and the packs are still "unclaimed"

Therefore I restart the game, and found out the packs from the season pass are "claimed". But i cannot find them in the packs session.

Then I go to my evo session, I cannot find the cosmetic evo.

What can i do?
