My players dont run, and I dont can switch player in game

My players are standing still on the pitch even though my ping is fine. When the opponent is running, nothing lags for them, but I cannot switch players properly – they only switch with a huge delay. This only happens in Division Rivals and makes the game unplayable. I hope this issue can be resolved quickly.
