Need Middle East Server

Hi EA Team,

I play EA SPORTS FC 26 on [your platform]. I am located in Egypt / Middle East.

Recently my games are connecting to Southern Europe servers instead of the Middle East servers. On Middle East servers my ping is much better and my friends all play there. Please move my connection back to the Middle East servers and keep it there if possible.

I also have missing rewards. I cannot find my EA FC 25 rewards and packs, and I only received 4000 FIFA Points instead of the 6000 that I should have. Please check my entitlements and add the missing packs and the extra 2000 FIFA Points.
