No Access to Transfer Market After "Trade on the Go" Message
Hi,
I play on the Nintendo Switch 2. About a week ago (7-8 days) I received the in-game message on my console called "Trade on the Go" with a red exclamation mark, stating that I was invited to the transfer market on both the Web App and Companion App.
I had already completed all objectives and played the required number of days before receiving this message, so the requirements should be fully met.
However, I still don’t have access to the transfer market on either the Companion App or the Web App. In the Companion App I only see the link that says “learn how to earn access to the FUT transfer market”, which suggests that I don’t have access yet.
Since I got the message already, it seems like the system recognizes I qualified, but access hasn’t been enabled for me.
Could someone from the EA team please look into this to confirm if this is a bug, or explain if there’s any additional step I need to take in order to unlock the transfer market?
