No UT CHAMPS rewards…?

Hey, i have played my futchamps on my brothers account and i cant claim the rewards. It says it is claimable through the main menu where it says claim rewards, but when i press it, it sends me to the futchamp section without any rewards..

is there anyway i can get it back or anything?
