NOT ABLE TO TRANSFER LIST PLAYERS

Hi,

I've completed all of the objectives etc. and I have access to being able to buy players, however it comes up with "reached maximum limit" when I try to list a player, even though I've not once been able to list a player.

I've waited the stated time period, checking every day for around 2 weeks now.

I'm on xbox but played on pc last year.

Please help.
