dunno what happened. Started the game today. And the bug is no more. 

Was there some hotfix from EA ?

Same bug for me, and in my case, it happened as well in fc 25 at some point of the year. 
Just to clarify, I startet fc 26 without this bug. I got it recently.

Bro this bug started for me in the beginning of season 2 and it's still going on, the menu clicking sound in game started days after release and still going on, the GK selection on SBC's or squads is going on for more than a week the list goes on and on.

The only way for EA to fix something is the problem causing loss of a money more than 0.1 USD, EUR, GBP etc.

This company literally cannot get rid of cheaters since for ever, how hard can it be ? Even with the hack that the cheater makes you use 11 "controllers" on your squad and gets a kickoff goal since you cannot move and crashes your game, if I use 11 players EA, you can clearly know it's a cheat.

There is also an AI / CPU hack, the cheater does not control anything and lets like a world class or superstar difficulty CPU play for him so you lose if you are not a pro / really crazy good player. If the opponent has no controllers connected, it's a cheater EA.

Cheaters do not get banned but if you do buy or sell coins you will get banned, sued, lynched and executed by EA because you made EA lose 1 dollar and it is a cardinal sin.

EA = the most greedy money lover cheapskate company of all gaming industry.

I have this bug for 3 weeks now, scrolled through all objectives multiple times to make sure everything is claimed and they yellow dot on objectives is still there. Tried to repair the files in steam, reinstalled the game, but its still there. 

When there is a bug in the shop its patched instantly... How much we will have to wait for a fix here?

Is EA hiring? Because I know for a fact that even with no experience I can do way better than the guy that is in charge of this subject. It has been a month and it is still going on.

I can make a list longer than the nile river with the bugs / glitches of this game.
