Online Draft crashes causing unfair losses & loss of draft token + coins

I experienced two separate crashes during Online Draft matches, both resulting in automatic losses, even though the matches were not completed:

First match:
Game crashed immediately after kickoff
Match ended as a 3–0 loss
I could not complete even one pass
Second match:
Game crashed while the score was 0–0
Resulted in another loss

Because of this, I:

Lost 1 Online Draft token
Lost 15,000 coins

My internet connection was stable, and no other online services were affected. This appears to be a server-side or game stability issue, not user error.
