Opponent forfeited but i received the loss

I have just been playing a game of FC26 and whilst winning 5-3 i had a penalty kick to make it 6-3, i scored the penalty to make it 6-3 to which my opponent forfeited the match and i have been given the loss and also lost out on my bounty which would of put me into a checkpoint.
