Out of substitutions.

Platform: #PS5 , Game Mode: Rivals / Champions

 I am experiencing a recurring bug where the game prevents me from making any substitutions during a match. This happens even when I have not used my 5 substitution slots and still have pause windows available.

This has happened to me 3 times now. It is extremely frustrating as it forces me to play with tired players, leading to unfair losses in competitive matches.

I noticed this only happens when you make a quick substitution in the 60th to 80th minute, Once you pause the game and enter team managment, the game tells ''you are out of subsititutions'' when you attempt to sub.

The bug persists for the rest of the match once it starts. It happens regardless of whether I use a manual pause or the half-time menu.
