Pack Description Does Not Match Reward – Missing 93+ FoF Player Pick

I would like to report a potential bug regarding a pack I purchased in FC 26.

I bought a pack for 450,000 coins. The pack description clearly stated that it included a "Min 93+ 1 of 5 FoF Player Pick" as one of the rewards. However, when I opened the pack, I received a regular "1 of 5 FoF Player Pick" instead, without the advertised 93+ minimum rating requirement.

My game language is set to Turkish, so this may be related to a translation or localization issue. Nevertheless, the reward I received did not match the description shown in the store at the time of purchase.

As a result, I did not receive the content that was advertised and that influenced my decision to spend 450,000 coins on this pack.

I kindly request that EA investigate this issue and, if the pack description was incorrect or the reward was granted improperly, provide the correct 93+ 1 of 5 FoF Player Pick reward or otherwise compensate affected players appropriately.
