Re: Severe FPS Drops (5-10 FPS) in every game mode, even in Menus

I am experiencing lag and FPS drops (around 25–30fps) when opening packs, during player walk-in cutscenes, crowd intro, and when players warm up before kickoff (it takes about 2–3 seconds for FPS to stabilize and kickoff normally). At the end of matches, when showing the rewards screen, the game also becomes very laggy and uncomfortable.

In normal gameplay, the FPS is very smooth and stable, but whenever a video/cutscene appears, FPS drops heavily. This happens in every match, including online modes such as Ultimate Team and Manager/Career mode.

I have already tried: reinstalling the game, lowest settings, V-Sync on/off, Full/Half frame rate, fullscreen/windowed/borderless, uncapped or 60 FPS cap, switching to Windows 10 instead of 11, reinstalling GPU drivers, updating CPU drivers and BIOS—none of them worked.

Based on my research (including ChatGPT), I believe the issue is in the transition segments between cutscenes/videos and gameplay. Please investigate and fix this. Thank you!
