(PC) Makes me play on keyboard

I am writing to formally report a recurring technical issue in EA SPORTS FC 26 where the game consistently ignores my wired controller and forces me to use keyboard and mouse inputs. This problem occurs randomly despite my controller being fully compatible and properly connected to my PC via a stable USB connection. I have reached a point of extreme frustration because sometimes the game functions correctly, but other times it switches to keyboard input without any changes being made to my hardware setup. To troubleshoot, I have gone as far as completely unplugging my keyboard and mouse before launching the game, yet the system still defaults to keyboard controls. Every time I am forced to leave a match because of this glitch, the game gives me a DNF warning and penalizes my account progress. It is incredibly unfair to be punished for leaving a game when the software itself is making the match unplayable by disabling my primary input device. I have verified that my controller works perfectly in other applications, so the conflict is clearly within the FC 26 software environment. I need a permanent solution that ensures my controller is recognized as the primary device every single time I boot up the game. I am tired of losing matches and receiving warnings for a hardware detection error that is entirely out of my control. Please look into this input priority bug and let me know how I can lock my settings to controller only. I expect a response that addresses why the game still sees a keyboard that isn't even plugged in. This issue is ruining the experience and making it impossible to compete in online modes.
