Re: PC Controller NOT WORKING online - Why it fails and how to temporarily solve it

Hello,

I play EA SPORTS FC 26 on PC with an Xbox controller.  
In offline modes (Kick Off, Squad Battles) the controller works correctly.  
But in online modes (Division Rivals, FUT Online Matches), the controller stops working as soon as the match starts from the kick-off.  

I can skip the squad screen, but then my players stand still because the controller is unresponsive.  

This issue happens to many players on PC, so it looks like a system bug. Could you please confirm if a fix is being developed and when an update is expected?  

I would also like to request compensation for this issue, since the game is not playable in online modes.
