Player lock and moving the goalkeeper are not working at all for me.

Hello. As the title states, I am having trouble figuring out how to be able to move my goalkeeper and use player locks in FC 26 on my PS5. I used these in FC 25 by clicking in R3 to move my goalkeep...

Awesome. I reported this issue to EA help, too, and it instantly got closed. I don’t know why it says “inappropriate name” in the category section when all I asked about was help with this bug. I didn’t swear at all or even anything close to it. I basically said the same thing as I did here. I also included a video of me clicking R3 while the goalkeeper did nothing. Thanks, EA. Real helpful.
