Player potentials/contracts

can't you read? There are lots of posts about this bug below, including screenshots. It's been quite a while since the last update. You can't see the potential note, and every player is reluctant to extend their contract. The only contracts accepted are for players I sign from the academy to the first team. The fundamental problem is that contracts cannot be extended.
It's unplayable. I thought someone was working on it, but I see that nothing has been done.
This is very simple.
In the Squad Hub, for EVERY PLAYER, the main tab (which shows a picture of the player, position, etc., there is a 'status' line. It used to say things like 'With the club since (date), or 'Exciting Prospect', or 'Has Potential to be Special'
At the last update, we were told a new feature had been introduced to the manager career - a line stating the player's current contract status. That does appear in the 'financial' tab but somehow the coders have corrupted the data that displays in the main 'status' line on the landing tab, so that instead of displaying the 'potential' of the player, it repeats the contract status.
It's a basic error which needs to be corrected, by making the field on the main tab display what it used to display.
This is one of the most annoying things that has been done for a while, and it needs to be corrected, please.
Okay; the attached is from an old version of the game, but nevertheless, this is the same screen in EAFC26 that has the corrupted line in it (see marked in a RED box).
Now, instead of showing the STATUS as what the player's potential is, it mentions the contract status, as also appears on the 'financial' tab.
Darko, it's a bug whereby every single player (!) you search for in career mode - youth academy players included - no longer show a status such as "At the club since X", "Showing great potential", "An exciting prospect" or "Has potential to be special".
Instead, I'll say it again, every SINGLE player (!) now has "Contract already accepted" where the potential status is normally displayed.
When searching players for transfers you rely on the potential status massively. The same when scouting youth players.
So many times a youth player will have 80-94 potential listed, but the status of "At the club since" let's you know they'll be 80-81 at best. So you NEED the potential status to be working and letting you know if someone "Has potential to be special" or is "An exciting prospect" - Contract already accepted being shown for every player in the save suddenly, renders the game useless.
This must be a bug and it needs fixing ASAP.

EA_Darko thanks for responding brother. I speak for a lot of people in the community when I say that I think this last update has us career mode players really frustrated. It was a change that wasn’t needed and for many players like myself who only really play for career mode, it makes the game unplayable. An eta on a fix or any kind of response from someone at EA would go a long way to help the situation
Hi this has happened to me too im on series x and exactly the same thing going on with my games its so frustrating i only play career mode and my game is all about devoloping youths through but impossible with no potential notes to guide you it cant be hard to fix surely for a company as big as you guys please help
