I won a player on bid which ended during the maintenance time today and now they are stuck in transfer targets, I cannot send them to club or do anything, when I try on PS5 it just says error and bac...

PC- Ultimate team
Today in the morning after the shutdown, when I rejoined the game some players were won by bidding in the transfer market. BUT I cant add them to my team or I cant resell them. In the game on PC I see them, that I won the bids, but thats all, if I try to add them to the team it writes its not possible.
In the companion app, I see them in the front page, but cant see in the transfer targets page. So my UT money is in them, but can do nothing.
HELP
No fix for me, I had a reply from EA Help but it literally just suggested the obvious, log in log out etc., when it is clearly an error on EA’s end, then no response after that - I’ve asked for some urgency in fixing the issue as we are all being unfairly penalised for an error they’ve caused
yea its been more than 24 hours
I opened a ticket on ea help site and they closed it 24 hours later stating that there is no any problem.... I'm not even surprised.
