- Details about the missing content - I bid on player card Caroline Graham Hansen Womens UCL Primetime at around 7am UK time on 14th January for 1,300,000 coins, after this the servers went down for maintenance so I couldn’t see if I had won the card, once the servers came back the game confirmed that I had won the card and it is now in my transfer targets ready to be assigned, however, when I try to assign the card on the PS5 it won’t let me and displays an error message ‘connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu’. I have tried all suggested methods, powering off and on my console, restarting the game etc. but the card is still there and the coins have been taken from my account. When trying to access the card via web app or companion app it says that I have 1 player in transfer targets, but when I go into my transfer targets it is not there so I also cannot assign from there, again I have logged in and out, uninstalled the app and reinstalled and tried everything but the player is stuck. I assume this is a data sync issue due to your maintenance, but please can you fix as it is a lot of coins out of my account and I can’t use the player, especially just before TOTY it is very disappointing.
- How or where you got the content - via companion app, a bid on the transfer market
- The approximate date and time you got the content, and when you noticed it was missing - around 7-7:30am UK time, I noticed I couldn’t assign the player after maintenance, around 1pm UK time
- Proof of purchase if you bought the missing content with real money - please see below images proving the player was won and in my transfer targets
