Player stuck in transfer targets

I won a player on bid which ended during the maintenance time today and now they are stuck in transfer targets, I cannot send them to club or do anything, when I try on PS5 it just says error and backs out, when I go into companion app or web app it says 1 players in transfer targets but the player is not showing when you go into it. Please reset your server sync or fix this as it is a 1.3 mil coin player which I am unable to do anything with and have lost the coins! Have tried everything, reset the game, turn off the console, reinstalling companion app, signing in and out etc. still not working.
