Players ask twice for a contract

I have a glitch were a lot of players in my team request a new contract twice and since i cant do it twice a season for a player they automaticaly want to turn in a transfer request and i lose half my squad. They also just request a new contract when they have 3 years left still, i dont know if thats normal but it happens
