Players leaving my career for contract

My players in manager career are requesting transfers away for not starting enough despite playing every game for me and sometimes they are requesting based of contracts but due to the new feature I can't even stop it from happening because it doesn't let me negotiate new contracts

    It happens to me as well ı cant sign new contracts with the players who are in my team and it makes me give up on playing manager mode

    loads of issues surrounding this. need more people to come on here everyday and say it so they see it.

    Solution:

    1. Open Ultimate Team
    2. Enter Store
    3. Go to FC Points tab
    4. Select the most expensive FC points bundle you can afford 
    5. Follow the on-screen prompts and confirm payment
