PLAYERS LOSE ARMS ON PC !! ALWAYS PC!!

WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO ADRESS ALL THOSE DISPLAY AND GRAPHISM ISSUES ON PC !?

Players faces features turn default for whatever reason after entering clubs, and now they lose arms ? 

not to mention the part where players get grey skins !

FIX IT PLEASE, i don't have to restart my computer for 50/50 chances that the bug disappear !
