Players out of position by default on seasons mode

Hi, 

I have just played two games on seasons mode, on both occasions my players were out of position and my goalkeeper was in defence instead of being in goal. Meaning, my opponent was able to shoot from anywhere in my half and score, causing me to lose both games. 

The first time, my game had basically crashed and I was asked to submit a report, on the second occasion I just had to quit because I was getting so frustrated. 

Fifa what will you do about this issue I am facing?
