Players requesting transfers bug (Career mode)

Whenever a player requests a transfer the game takes away the ability to negotiate a transfer for that player. Whenever an offer is submitted the game says the assistant manager is negotiating with the club, however, every offer is declined meaning the player never leaves and remains unhappy. This also leads to the player refusing negotiate a new contract meaning I eventually lose the player for free when their contract expires.
