Players show “NOT FOUND” in Ultimate Team

For some reason when I started a new match Ferran Torres' card became black with the text Not Found. I tried relaunching the game but it didn't work. It's not that big of a deal but still something that should be fixed. It's also happened on another player a little while ago but I forgot who.

certain card types like tots evo, evo knockout royalty, tots breakthrough have went like this. 

I have the same issue!!!!

For me its female la liga POTM, TOTS Evo, TOTS Champs, Trophy Titan Evo

same issue on multiple card types.

Same Problem here. Delete Cache or Game Files dont help

I have the same issue. Evos and base cards 'NOT FOUND'. Cards are still there but are unusable.

Hi thre and thanks for reporting this. Do you see the same issue on the web app, or just in the game? The "NOT FOUND" problem is sometimes caused by corrupted local game files or cached data.

If you're on PC, try closing the game, deleting the following folder, and then launching FC 26 again so it can download fresh files: C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 26

If you're on console, try:

• Power cycling your console.
• Deleting the UT Squads Update (Settings - Profile - Delete - UT Squads Update), then restarting the game.

I’ve tried those options on PS5 and none of it works, the cards still say not found and I can’t play any games with those cards at all and it’s well over 10 cards that have this issue
