Players that want out

Firstly players are requesting to leave due to lack of game time after playing 33 games in a 38 game season. Thats annoying

But the real problem is cant sell any of the players that request to leave. I cant negotiate new contracts because they put in a transfer request and when they get offers it doesn't let me negotiate with clubs it just says ongoing and then a couple days later negotiations have collapsed. I even tried trading them out and that didn't work

So now I have like 8 players that I cant keep or sell so theyre all going to leave for free.
