Players Unhappy and want to leave despite getting plenty of game time

On manager career some of my players will randomly say they are unhappy and put in a transfer request despite starting every game, having a new contract and being very happy.

I can't even play the game anymore because i can't do a career if some of my players are going to leave randomly during the season regardless of how much game time or contracts they recieve.

    I’ve been encountering similar issues and it’s quite worrying.

    Same here. It's unpredictable, and buggy. At least add some logic to the game so the players register that they're benched because they're tired. Or add a discussion option so we can salvage with a new contract or something.
