Premium Pass rewards not received (Level 36 & Level 40)

Hello EA Sports FC Support,

I purchased the Premium Pass tonight, but I’m experiencing two issues with the rewards:

The PS+ Finesse Shot+ reward at Level 36 has not been received.

The Level 40 reward cannot be claimed (the option is unavailable).

I have already confirmed that the Premium Pass is active on my account, but these rewards are still missing / blocked.

Could you please look into this issue and help unlock or grant the missing rewards?
