Premium Season Pass Bug

In the Premium Pass, I didn't get an option to get Future Star Marc Casado. I only got the pack, which I didn't want. I've had this bug before with other players in previous season passes. I really wanted Marc Casado since he was the only reason I bought the premium pass in the first place. Can you please help me out with this situation?

    I had the same thing happen last season with De Rossi, where I got him instead of the pack. I didn't get an option to choose. Not sure why the game has that big of a bug for a premium pass that you actually have to pay money for.
