Previous Season Pass rewards not auto-claimed

When the season rolled over, the game didn’t auto-claim my unclaimed rewards from the previous season.

The game went straight to unlocking the Premium pass as I had purchased the 3 season bundle previously. It has been over 48 hours and no sign of the missing packs from the previous season.
