Pro clubs appearance glitch

 
When I try to change my appearance, it doesn’t work; when I try to advance in appearance, it doesn't work. I think the issue is a glitched armband, where I can't take it off 

Stuff I have tried to rebuke the issue:

I have restarted the game, the PS5, and some of the files that might have caused trouble. I also tried to set another playstyle as active to see if it changes, but it hasn't 

I cannot take off the armband under any circumstances. I don't know why

Ps: I have tried to press “none” on the second picture, but it doesn't work either
